Brandon Melton serves as Chief Executive Officer of A Total Solution LLC, providing strategic leadership and vision to drive the company's continued growth and operational excellence.
After graduating high school, Brandon pursued his passion for the electrical trade by attending the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) program, where he earned his Master Electrical License. His technical expertise and hands-on industry experience form the foundation of his leadership approach, ensuring the company remains grounded in quality workmanship, safety, and technical precision.
Brandon is a growth-driven, servant leader who believes strong organizations are built by investing in people. He is deeply committed to developing teams, empowering employees, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As CEO, Brandon oversees company operations, business development, and strategic planning — guiding A Total Solution toward sustainable expansion and industry leadership.
Bob Melton serves as President of A Total Solution LLC, bringing decades of leadership experience, technical expertise, and a strong foundation of service to the organization.
After graduating high school, Bob joined the Mississippi Air National Guard, where he served in the 223rd Combat Engineering Unit and completed his service as an E4 Specialist. During his time in the National Guard, Bob sustained a service-related injury, qualifying him as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor. His military experience instilled in him the values of discipline, resilience, and mission-focused leadership that continue to guide his professional career.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University and a Master's degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary — reflecting both his commitment to lifelong learning and his servant-leadership philosophy.
With 27 years of experience as a business owner in the electrical contracting field, Bob has developed deep expertise in Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) projects, lighting systems, and complex electrical solutions. As President, he provides strategic oversight, operational leadership, and industry expertise — a career reflecting steadfast commitment to service, integrity, and excellence in every endeavor.
Chip Evans serves as Chief Financial Officer of A Total Solution LLC, bringing more than 40 years of combined experience across engineering, construction, and executive finance leadership.
Chip holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA — a combination that uniquely positions him to bridge technical expertise with strategic financial oversight. He spent eight years in the engineering field developing a strong foundation in project design, analysis, and infrastructure planning. He then owned and operated a general contracting business for 12 years, where he was responsible for company leadership, financial management, operations, project delivery, client relationships, and strategic growth.
For the past 20 years, Chip has served in executive finance roles, leading financial strategy, risk management, forecasting, and organizational growth initiatives. As CFO, he oversees all financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. His blend of engineering expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and executive-level financial experience makes him a key contributor to A Total Solution's growth.
Matthew Melton serves as Director of Engineering at A Total Solution LLC, leading the company's engineering initiatives with a strong foundation in technology, systems design, and field execution.
Matthew earned his degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, equipping him with advanced analytical, programming, and systems integration skills. His technical education provides a modern, data-driven perspective that enhances both design efficiency and project performance.
With seven years of experience in the electrical industry, Matthew has developed comprehensive expertise across estimating, system design, controls and automation, and installation. As Director of Engineering, he oversees project design development, technical standards, and engineering strategy — helping position A Total Solution at the forefront of engineered electrical and automation solutions.
Aaron Graybeal serves as Senior Project Manager at A Total Solution LLC, bringing a strong blend of business strategy, client development, and executive-level project leadership to the organization.
Aaron earned his degree in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University, where he developed a foundation in finance, operations, and strategic management. He brings six years of professional experience to his role — two years in sales and business development, and four years in executive project management. His experience on both the front end and execution side of projects allows him to align client expectations with operational performance.
Throughout his career, Aaron has successfully completed projects totaling $180 million in value, demonstrating his ability to manage large-scale initiatives with precision and accountability. As Senior Project Manager, he oversees planning, budgeting, coordination, and client communication.
Devin Goff serves as Service Manager / Project Manager at A Total Solution LLC, providing leadership and technical expertise across the company's electrical operations.
Devin completed his apprenticeship through the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) program, where he earned his Master Electrical License. His formal training, combined with extensive hands-on experience, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and industry best practices.
Throughout his career, Devin has worked in every avenue of the electrical industry — commercial, industrial, and service. This broad experience allows him to approach projects with versatility, practical insight, and a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship. As a key leader within the electrical division, Devin oversees service operations, project execution, team coordination, and client relations.
Sterling Cooper serves as Superintendent II at A Total Solution LLC, providing experienced field leadership and technical oversight across a wide range of electrical projects.
Sterling completed his apprenticeship through the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) program, where he earned his Master Electrical License. He has worked in every avenue of the electrical industry — commercial, industrial, and service — giving him a well-rounded background that lets him effectively manage diverse job sites, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
As Superintendent II, Sterling plays a critical role in field operations, overseeing installation teams, maintaining project schedules, and upholding workmanship excellence.
Benjamin “Beej” Moss serves as Foreman at A Total Solution LLC, providing hands-on leadership and skilled craftsmanship across a variety of electrical projects.
Beej completed his Journeyman Electrical program through the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC), where he developed a strong technical foundation in electrical systems, safety standards, and code compliance. His formal training, combined with practical field experience, enables him to execute projects with precision and efficiency.
As a Foreman, Beej leads installation crews, coordinates daily jobsite activities, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. His commitment to teamwork, accountability, and workmanship excellence supports the continued operational performance of A Total Solution LLC.
