Project narrative
We executed a turnkey lighting modernization across 14 student housing buildings operated by Greystar at the University of Kentucky, covering about 35,500 lamps and fixtures in 2,589,708 square feet of hallways, common areas, and dorm rooms, with post-installation measurement and verification per FEMP Guidelines 4.0.
All of the work took place in occupied student housing. We confined in-room work to summer, winter, and spring breaks and sequenced hallway work to limit disruption to residents, phasing all 14 buildings around the academic calendar.
