Project narrative
We were awarded and completed a large-scale lighting replacement at the Troy Bowling Campus of the Lexington VA Health Care System, replacing obsolete lighting throughout the campus in accordance with the statement of work, specifications, and drawings.
We managed the project from award through final completion, working closely with the VA’s COR and Alternate COR to phase work across the active healthcare campus with minimal disruption to hospital operations. Scope grew during performance, taking the contract from a $1.99 million base award to about $2.2 million, while we held schedule and quality through the nearly year-long performance period.
