Renovate.
Remodel.
Build new.

Commercial renovations, remodels, and new builds — plus construction for churches and ministries, and for federal and state agencies. Run by our own superintendents, built by our own trades.

We're a general contractor that self-performs. Our superintendents run the job, and our own crews handle the electrical, lighting, and low-voltage work most contractors sub out — so one team holds the contract, the schedule, and the quality from the first site walk through closeout.

Before

The space after demolition, at the start of the build-out.

  • The main space before the build-out: exposed ductwork and roof deck, insulation on the walls, and a bare concrete floor
  • The gutted space, with old partition walls and ductwork hanging from the open ceiling
  • Ductwork and wiring overhead in the open ceiling, early in the build-out
  • A shower stripped down to the block wall

After

The finished studio.

  • The finished FS8 storefront: a brick facade with the FS8 Pilates, Tone, Yoga sign over an arched glass entry
  • The FS8 lobby: a front desk under the lit FS8 sign, a woven pendant light, and arched windows
  • A built-in bar: white cabinets and a beverage fridge under a black marble-look counter, with oak shelves in an arched niche
  • The locker area: patterned white lockers and cubbies on either side of a vanity with a lit oval mirror

02 · Churches & ministries

Spaces built for ministry.

We're a Christ-centered company, so building for churches and ministries is personal to us. We know a sanctuary is more than square footage, that a building committee answers to a congregation, and that Sunday morning doesn't move.

We don't just build projects. We build lasting relationships that reflect Christ.

What we build for churches and ministries

Sanctuary & Worship Spaces

Renovated platforms, seating areas, finishes, and lighting that serve the way your church worships.

Fellowship Halls & Kitchens

Gathering spaces, kitchens, and cafés where the church eats and meets together.

Children's & Education Wings

Classrooms, nurseries, and children's wings, with secured check-in and access control built in.

Additions & New Campuses

Additions and ground-up buildings for growing congregations, from the first sketch to occupancy.

Worship Lighting & Stage Power

Stage, house, and architectural lighting, plus the power and cabling behind your production — installed by our own electricians.

Christian Schools & Ministry Facilities

Schools, ministry centers, camps, and outreach facilities, built to serve the people who use them every day.

How we work with churches

  1. Around your calendar

Work is scheduled around services and church events, and the building is left clean and safe before your people arrive.

  2. Budgets that fit stewardship

A no-cost walkthrough and an honest budget. Larger projects can be phased to match a capital campaign, so you build as the giving comes in.

  3. One voice for the committee

A single project manager reports to your building committee or elders, with clear updates and no surprises.

  4. Safe for families

Work zones stay separated and secured, so children and members never wander into an active jobsite.

03 · Federal & state government

Federal and state construction, done by the book.

As an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, we're built for public work: documented safety programs, organized submittals, and complete closeout packages.

  • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Work under EM 385-1-1 safety requirements, with documented quality control and organized submittals.
  • Military installations Facility renovations and upgrades on DoD installations, delivered to FAR and DFARS requirements.
  • Prime or teaming partner As the prime contractor, or as the SDVOSB partner on a larger prime's team.

  • Public universities Campus renovations, dorm conversions, and campus-wide upgrades for UK, UofL, and EKU, phased around students.
  • K–12 schools Work phased around the school day and the school year, for districts like Jefferson County Public Schools.
  • State & municipal buildings Renovations and upgrades in agency offices and public facilities, built to public-bid requirements.

How a build runs

Six phases. One accountable team.

The same process for a storefront, a sanctuary, or a federal facility. Budgeting starts at no cost, and you get weekly owner reporting once the work begins.

  1. Phase 1: Discovery

Site walk, existing conditions, and scope — budgeting conversations start at no cost.

  2. Phase 2: Pre-Construction

Detailed estimate, value engineering, constructability review, and a baseline schedule.

  3. Phase 3: Permitting & Buyout

Permits and submittals move while procurement runs open-book, with transparent buyout.

  4. Phase 4: Mobilization

Site-specific safety plan, logistics and staging, and utility coordination before work begins.

  5. Phase 5: Construction

In-house trades self-perform under daily site management, weekly owner reporting, and active QC.

  6. Phase 6: Closeout & Warranty

Punch list, commissioning, full documentation, and warranty support after turnover.
